EXERCISING FOR THE BODY AND MIND

I got a lot of experiences in exercising and I could see how exercise can improve you as a person,physically and mentally.I was myself the best example which gave me some insight into the training process.

Most of us known that exercise is important to get fit and loos some weight but on the other hand,for me is much more important our complete health.What does that mean?It means:

-raising our metabolism

-strengthen our bones,especially important for women,because in their old age they usually suffer from osteoporosis

-as we get older we need to protect our tendons and ligaments and only a strong body can help us do that

-exercise make us stronger and increase muscular endurance,help us avoid injuries,improve our coordination and balance and increase our confidence and self-esteem.

When we are exercising, our body release toxins by sweating which is important for our health,also our body producing hormones of happiness such as endorphins,dopamine and serotonin and help us to feel happy.Whit physical activity,we strengthen our heart,remove stagnant air, revitalise our nervous system and increase aerobic capacity.We have to put our body through small effort if we want to make progress in our health.Also proper nutrition is a part of healthy lifestyle,it has a huge influence on our body.What I noticed during exercising is that how my mind becomes more clear and fresher,because physical activity is some form of meditation.The mind and the body are intimately connected,relieving the stress of the body through exercise has an immediate effect on the mind.We are happier when our mind are flexible and our body are strong.Being able to exercise three times a week and eat healthy is essential for well being.

We are living in a modern world and we are stressed from the moment we wake up.Quality of our life getting worse,we sleep less,we work hard,we are more tired an of course stress take over our life.We think we are able to handle it but we are not,we have to learn how to reduce stress and meditation is the best way.

If we want to change our body and mind we have to train them.It’s a process we need to enjoy,knowing that we are getting better every day and we should challenge ourself in different aspect of life.
